Business Psychology (also known as Occupational Psychology or Industrial-Organizational Psychology) can be described as the application of traditional psychological knowledge and skills, combined with current scientific approaches, to people working in business environments.
It is applied, for example, in management diagnostics, recruitment, performance improvement (for individuals and teams), as well as in enhancing self-confidence and personal impact in management situations.
